Edit Notification Settings in Feedback

Use this article to manage how and when you receive notifications related to feedback. You can customize alerts and templates for new feedback, updates, replies, or status changes, upload images and choose your preferred recipients.

Step 1: Introduction
You will learn how to customize sender details, upload images, and manage email recipients for notifications.

Step 2: Click Settings Menu

Click the Settings menu to access configuration options for the Feedback application.

Step 3: Select Notifications
Select Manage notification sent to users to open the notification configuration panel.

Step 4: Select Sender Name Field
Enter your sender name to customize the name displayed in notification emails.

Step 5: Select Sender Email Field
Click the Sender email field to update the email address used for sending notifications.

Then Enter your email address to specify the sender's email for notification messages.

Step 6: Verify Sender Email Address
Select "Click to verify" to verify the sender email address

Step 7: Click Upload Image Button
Click the upload button to add a custom image or logo for notification emails.

Step 8: Enable/disable Notifications
Click to toggle enable and disable notifications you want to receive.

Step 9: Open CC Email Field
Click here to add recipients who will receive copies of notifications and customize the email appearance.

Enter the email addresses of teams to include them as CC recipients.

Step 11: Click Edit HTML Option
Click Edit HTML to customize the email template for notification messages.

Step 12: Preview Notification
Click Preview to review how the notification email will appear to recipients.

You have successfully edited the notification settings in the Feedback application by customizing sender details, uploading images, and managing CC email recipients. These changes ensure notifications are personalized and sent to the appropriate users.
