How to add Users and give permissions on Vision?
Adding teammates to Vision lets you collaborate and share analytics with your organization. Without shared access, your team can’t see the same data or take action together. This guide will show you how to invite users easily from the Vision dashboard.
What: This feature lets you add new users to your Vision account.
Why: Teams work better when everyone can see data and reports.
When: Use this when you want to invite colleagues, finance members, or co-founders etc. to Vision.
Benefit: Each user gets their own login and sees what you allow them to see. No more sharing passwords or screenshots.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Click your profile icon in the top right corner of Vision.

Select “Team” or “Users” from the dropdown menu.

Click “Invite User” or "Add User" button near the user list.

Enter the user’s email address.

💡 Tip: Choose the lowest level of access needed for each user.
Click “Send Invite” to send a welcome email. [Screenshot: Confirmation of invitation sent]
📝 Note: The new user will get an email with instructions for setting up their password and logging in.
⚠️ Warning: Make sure emails are entered correctly or invites may not be received.
