You have just activated your first seller. Now you are wondering what their dashboard looks like and how they will work. This guide walks you through a seller's Nexus dashboard from your point of view, so you know exactly what your sellers can do.
How your seller signs in
When you invite a seller, they get an email to join your platform. Once they sign in, they land on their own Nexus dashboard. This is where they add products, receive and ship orders, while you keep full visibility.
They complete onboarding first
Once a seller accepts your invite, their first step is onboarding, done from Platform. This step matters to you too. You cannot activate a seller until they finish it.
They add products
After onboarding, sellers add products one by one or import them in bulk. Every product comes to you for approval. In this example, a seller has just added a product. It sits in pending approval.
You approve their products
You review each product from your own merchant dashboard. Once it looks right, approve it and the product goes live on your store.
They fulfill their own orders
When an order comes in, the seller sees only their items in it and ships those. Each seller acts on their own items and nothing else.
They track commission and payouts
Sellers see their commission under Payouts. The moment an item is delivered, Nexus calculates the commission. The seller sees it under Payouts, so they know exactly what they earn on each item they deliver.
They add their own team
A seller can invite their own team members by email from Settings. Each person gets their own sign-in, so your seller can share the work without sharing one account.
They connect their logistics
Sellers connect their logistics under Connections, so they can start shipping their orders.
