Today we'll set up your full seller onboarding on Nexus. By the end, sellers can apply and log in directly from your website.
This touches a few places. The form editor, your settings, and your Shopify storefront. We'll go through them in order.
Edit your onboarding form
Click Sellers in the left sidebar. This is your current onboarding form, the fields sellers fill before they start receiving orders.
To change it, click Edit form. Drag any field into the form, give it a name, and set it to required if you need it. Click Save. The new field is now live. Every seller who opens the form will see it.Add your seller agreement
Go to Settings, then Seller configuration, then Seller registration. Scroll to the agreement section and click to add a link. Paste your agreement URL and save. Sellers will see this link on the form before they submit.
Preview before you share
Click Save, then Preview. This is exactly what sellers see when they open the registration form. Check that every field and label reads right before you put it live.
Click Embed seller registration form and copy the code from the modal. In your Shopify admin, open the page where you want the form. Open the HTML editor, paste the code, and save.
Your registration form is now live. Sellers can find and fill it without a link from you.🔄 Your form stays in sync.
Any change you make on Nexus updates the embedded form automatically. You never need to re-embed.✅ Applications need your approval.
A submitted form does not go live on its own. Each seller lands in your dashboard, where you activate them from their seller profile before they can log in and list products.
Go to Sellers > Search with Email > Click on seller's profileAdd your seller login link
Go to Settings, Seller configuration, then Seller pages. Copy the login link at the top. Add it where sellers can always find it. In your Shopify admin, go to Content, then Menus, and add it under a label like Seller login.
Now sellers can reach their Nexus dashboard anytime.
That is your full seller onboarding flow. A seller opens your registration page, fills the form, and submits. Once approved, they log in and start listing products. From application to login, everything runs on your website on its own.
