Your seller registration form is how sellers apply to join your marketplace. A well-set-up form means sellers come in with the right information and you don't need to chase them for details later.
Use this guide whenever you want to update what information you collect from sellers, or refresh how the form looks.
Step 1: Go to Seller Registration settings
Click Settings in the left sidebar. Then click Seller registration.
Step 2: Find your registration link
At the top of the page, you'll find your seller registration link. You can share this directly with any seller you want to onboard.
Step 3: Add a custom field
Scroll to the Questions section. Click Add question. Give the field a name, choose the field type, and click Add.
⚠️ Some fields cannot be removed
The email and address fields are part of every registration form and cannot be removed as they are important for routing orders to sellers.
Step 4: Make a field required
Toggle Required on for any field you don't want sellers to skip. Sellers won't be able to submit the form without filling in required fields.
Step 5: Customize the form appearance
Scroll to the Customization section. Here you can update:
Banner image - upload an image to display at the top of your form
Heading - the title sellers see when they open the form
Description - a short intro or instructions for sellers
Button text - the label on the submit button
Make your updates and click Save.
Step 6: Preview your form
Click Preview to see exactly what sellers will see when they open your registration page.
Step 7: Add a seller agreement link
Scroll to the Agreement section. Paste the URL of your seller agreement document and click Save. Sellers will see this link on the form before they submit.
Step 8: Save all your changes
Click Save to confirm all field updates.
Step 9: Copy and share your registration link
Go back to the top of the page and copy your registration link. Anyone with this link can access your seller registration page.
