Today we'll fulfill an order and keep its tracking updated on Nexus. This is manual fulfillment, so you handle the shipping and Nexus records every step.
Open the order
Open Orders from the left sidebar. Click any order that needs fulfilling, then click Fulfill.

This is manual fulfillment, so Nexus does not push the order to a carrier for you. You ship it yourself and record the tracking here.Create the fulfillment
Select the items you want to fulfill and set your pick-up location. Click Fulfill to request the shipment.
Add tracking and your label
Once the shipment is requested, add the tracking number and tracking link. Select the carrier you're shipping with, and attach the shipping label from your carrier.
Tracking is shared automatically
The tracking links now sit next to your fulfilled item. You and your marketplace can both see them, so your platform can follow the order from their dashboard without asking you.
Manage the order anytime
Come back to the order menu whenever you need to. From here you can update tracking details, download the shipping label again, or mark the item as delivered.
đ° When you deliver your orders, Payouts are generated automatically
Marking an item delivered closes the order and triggers your payout cycle. Do it once the order actually reaches the customer.
That is how you fulfill orders manually on Nexus. Keep your tracking updated so your customer always knows where their order is.
