Seller updates wait in Pending approval until you review them. Nothing reaches your store without your approval.
Open a product pending approval
Go to Products and select the Pending approval view. Open any product to review it.
Review the seller’s changes
Scroll through the product. Every field your seller has updated is highlighted. If you rejected an earlier version, the previous version appears right below the field. Compare the two before you decide.
Both actions sit in the top right corner of the page.
Approve or reject the changes
Click Reject, enter a reason and confirm. Your seller is notified with your remarks
💡 Be specific when you reject.
“Add fabric and care details to the description” helps your seller more than “Needs work.” Help them understand their next steps.Click Approve and changes go live on your store and your seller is notified.
Check the product on your store
Click the product heading to open it in your Shopify admin. Click View to see it live on your store.

You’re all set. As sellers update their products, new changes will land in Pending approval. Come back here to review, approve or reject them before they go live.
